Step 1: Create A Google Form
The first step is to create your first Google Form. To access Google Forms, login to your Google account and then click the purple icon in the Google apps menu. Or, you need to visit the Google Forms website and click on the Go to Forms button.
Next, you’ll see various Google Form templates.
Go ahead and choose a pre-built template or use the blank form to build your custom form.
In either case, you may start filling out the form by typing a title and a description, then create your questions and answer choices. You can also use the drop-down menu to select each answer’s type:
